BILLING
I don’t have a Paypal account. Can I still buy from your site?
Absolutely. You can pay via credit card or get assistance in setting up and making a payment through Paypal.
I don’t understand your shipping charges... can you explain?
No problem. We’ve been having trouble with the program I used to build this site, and Paypal. I can’t seem to coordinate the shipping charges... either then end up getting doubled, or they don’t get charged at all. Instead, I’ve added shipping options to a couple of the pages. For the larger items (ie. the Driftwood Houses or Luna “C” Carvings), shipping will be billed separately. For items such as the Critter Collars, Bottle Aprons, Kid Stuff you can select you shipping preference when you place your order. If you’re ordering items from each of the pages, please only select one shipping preference as the items are small enough that we can combine shipping, in most cases. If you have any questions about shipping charges, don’t hesitate to give us a call or send us an e-mail.
CRITTER COLLARS
What size should I buy for my Yorkshire Terrier pups?
For toy breeds we usually recommend the mini collars for the newborns and the extra small size for the older pups.
